• May and June - negotiable.
• July and August - $1,200 week.
• September and October - negotiable.

• 50 % non-refundable deposit required upon booking to hold rental.
Balance due two weeks before rental starts.

• Weekly rental from Saturday @ 4:00 p.m. to Saturday @ 12:00 noon.

Leave the cottage in the same condition that you found it.
Take a walk along the beach at least once.
Do not waste water. This property has a delicate septic system.
No pets and no smoking as some of our guests have allergies.
Take in at least one magnificent sunset.
Dispose of your garbage at the Municipal dump about a 10 minute drive from the cottage. A map and hours of operation are listed in the information binder at the cottage.
