Tenants will pay Cable TV, internet & telephone.

Landlord will pay the electricity & the gas & water--if the tenants sign

a short term lease of 3 months or less.

Beds available: 1 queen size,

1 double, 1 double bunk (with single above it),

1 single bunk (with single bed above it).

Kitchen linens are available for use.

​Bedding, pillows, blankets & towels are tenants' responsibility.

Clean sleeping bags are acceptable as bedding.

*A cleaning person is available to do the following on a weekly basis...

to wipe down appliances--inside & outside of microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster.

to clean stove top, oven, outside of stove & fridges, to wipe counter tops.

to sweep & wash floors in kitchen, bathrooms, dining room/living room hallway & stairs.

to clean sinks in kitchen & bathrooms, toilets, bathtub.

*Cost: $15. per hour to be shared by 3 tenants.

Tenants are responsible for clean up

in shared common areas: kitchen, dining room / living room area.

in bathrooms--please clean the sinks, toilets, counter tops, tub/shower areas after personal use.

in entrance areas--please remove wet shoes & wet or muddy boots.

in kitchen--washing dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, appliances used during daily meal preparation.

of appliances--fridges & stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, toaster.

of spills--asap after they occur, is appreciated.

of their own bedroom space & sweeping the floor weekly.
